Thank you for your interest in the Mammoth Lakes Swim Team!
Our 2026 swim season has ended. MLST is a seasonal team that typically operates from mid-May through mid-August or early September, taking advantage of Mammoth Lakes’ limited warm-weather season.
Swimming in a high-altitude outdoor pool surrounded by the Sierra Nevada is a unique experience, combining competitive swimming with beautiful alpine views.
Information about the 2027 season, including registration, tryouts, fees, and practice schedules, will be available by March 2027.

Why Swim Team?
Swim lessons teach children how to be safe and comfortable in the water. Swim team helps them grow beyond the basics.
Once a swimmer can swim across the pool independently, they may be ready to join the team.
At MLST, swimmers learn all four competitive strokes, starts, turns, and swim meet skills while building endurance, confidence, and technique. Practices also include games, teamwork, friendships, and lots of time in the water.
Being part of a team keeps kids motivated, active, and excited to improve throughout the summer.
