MLST 2026 Season Begins
Welcome new and returning members of MLST!
We are all very excited to begin 2026 season, many of you have been with us before and are familiar with our practice format. For those who are new, our first few weeks offer up opportunities for athletes to meet our coaching staff and get comfortable with swimming again. We know many of you haven't been swimming all winter or maybe just a little bit, so we come to practice with patience and understanding.
Week One May 11-15, Monday- Friday at Whitmore Pool- Skills assessment week
10 & Under practice 3:30-4:15pm
11 & Up practice 4:15-5:30pm
*These are the times we offer and the more you come the better. However, we understand kids and families have many activities to attend so come when you can.
What to wear and bring, you might ask?
- Athletic swimsuit, one piece for girls and jammers for boys
- Goggle
- Swim cap
- Towel
- Water and snacks for post practice
Extras; second towel, beach poncho, swim parka, a bag to throw everything in, fins, extra goggles, shower shoes, etc.
You can find all these items on our SwimOutlet site. Also, at the pool we have a very limited amount of googles and suits for sale as well as caps for those who need them.
Find us here; TeamApp but really, we use teamapp for everything!
Our main line of communication is Stackteamapp, if you haven't used or created a profile yet, please do so soon. Coaches send out weekly updates and communicate any weather updates for practice, registrations for meets and so much more.
*If you have any questions that cannot be answered before or after practice, coaches have office hours Mondays at 1-3pm, email us at [email protected] or send a message in team app if you plan to drop by.
Last, we are so happy to see you all at Whitmore Pool for another great season of swimming!
See you all soon,
Coach Carrie and Coach Kat
*If you made it this far, we swim and we like snacks! But seriously, we love snack and so do the kids. We will be bringing back the crowd favorite of bagel breakfasts every so often.
