Practice Schedule
Updates
There will be no practice on 5/25 (Memorial Day), 6/15 (rest after Bishop meet), 6/26 (fundraising event), 7/3 morning practice ONLY, no afternoon practice, 7/4 Fourth of July Parade, 8/3 (rest day after Minden meet).
Any changes to the practice schedule due to weather will be communicated through the Stack Team App.

Summer Schedule (June 15- )
10 & Under and 11 & Over swimmers will have up to 7 practice sessions available per week. Athletic Conditioning is offered 3 times a week in the afternoon.

All practices include dryland training and fun. Please be on time and ready to go. Bring swimsuit, goggles, swim cap, waterproof sunscreen, towel, dry clothes, a water bottle, and snacks for after practice.
